We serve those with housing needs ranging from short-stay hotel alternative (min. 3 nights) to long-term (one year or more). All of our rentals are located in premier buildings in choice locations in the most sought-after neighborhoods in the GTA – Liberty Village, King West, Corktown, Cabbagetown, the Financial & Theatre Districts and Yorkville offering easy access to the heart of downtown Toronto business centres, financial market, sports, restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions and entertainment.

Our clients are typically professionals; actors, executives, consultants, home renovators, re-locators and empty nesters seeking quality furnished accommodation and a impeccable level of customer service.

Each of our suites is uniquely decorated and furnished to appeal to the discerning guest looking for more than the standard fare currently offered at hotels and rental companies. Agatha joined Exec-U-Suite in 2015 where she partnered with Phyllis running the daily operations of the business. Agatha brings extensive knowledge of real estate to the table and works closely with property investors on a daily basis. She is in charge of staging and decorating each property with amazing attention to detail and an eye for all things beautiful. Her love for art and interior design allows her to bring vacant unfurnished properties to life. Agatha is also a lover of the lens, and professionally photographs each property she puts her work into.
